Robert E. GoodmanRobert E. GoodmanPresident and Founder, has over 35 years of service in the healthcare field. His experience includes operations, sales, and marketing, as well as development of the MPM proprietary billing software. He holds an undergraduate degree in business from Ferris State University and is a graduate of the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Susan D. JonesSusan D. JonesChief Operations Officer, has been in the healthcare industry for 20 years.  She is responsible for the seamless and efficient implementation of MPM billing software and hardware in a new client environment. In addition to her training duties, Susan serves as a liaison between the employees in the field and the MIS staff. She has a degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina and an MBA from the University of Richmond.

Janice L. AbbottJanice L. AbbottCompliance Officer and Northeast Regional Manager, has extensive medical reimbursement and operational background with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining MPM in 1993, Janice provided on-site consulting, auditing and billing services for practices in the fields of Anesthesiology, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Radiology and various other practice specialties. Janice is a Board Director and Secretary for the Maryland Medical Group Managers Association, Chair of the Carrier Advisory Committee with CMS and a member of the Medicare (POE) Provider Outreach Education Advisory Group.

Bruce

Bruce A. FryeCo-Director of EDI/IT Operations, – has 30+ years of experience in computer programming. His primary duties at MPM include EDI programming for claims and remittances, report generation, hardware maintenance, and general technical support. Before joining MPM twelve years ago, Bruce worked as a programmer and analyst with companies in both the patient accounting and manufacturing arenas. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Math Education from the University of Virginia and has a diploma from the Electronic Computer Programming Institute.

Stuart C. WilkinsonS. Chris WilkinsonNetwork Manager, is an accomplished IT professional with 20 years of experience successfully implementing strategic IT initiatives in both public sector and private sector.  He has worked in the fields of Consulting Engineering, Healthcare, and System Integration, and holds numerous certifications including A+, Network+, Security+, MCP, CIW Web Foundations, and ITIL v.3 Foundations. Chris is responsible for the daily management of MPM computing infrastructure, including Windows and UNIX servers, desktops, network, security, and policies. Chris studied Information Systems at the University of Richmond.
